If Tilly is anything to go by, small children really enjoy a variety of activities. They love seeing animals, playing and going on rides and when you combine them all you’ve got a winning combination for a full day out. That’s precisely what Paradise Wildlife Park offers, located in eastern Hertfordshire near Broxbourne. Read about our day plus have the chance to win a family ticket to the park with our giveaway – worth over £60.
Trampolining is one of those activities that Tilly never gets tires of. During the colder months jumping has become a firm favourite of our week and as summer turns to autumn it’s a great time to try it out if you haven’t been before. It’s fair to say that we were more than a little excited when we were invited to the Jump In trampoline park in Slough which offers trampolining and soft play to keep the little ones happy.
I recently made a phizz-whizzing discovery of a marvellous charity just down the road from us. Read about their work plus win a family ticket to the Roald Dahl Museum in Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire.
It’s the busiest time of the year for greeting cards, whether you’re sending Christmas cards or responding to gifts with thank you cards. If you want to send something a little more personalised, then it can great to make cards yourself, however doing it all from scratch can keep a daunting prospect. That’s why we’ve teamed up with Stampin’ Up to offer the chance to win a fabulous Card Making Kit. Worth around £25, the ‘Tin of cards project kit’ provides eye-catching designs to make creating your own stunning cards a doddle, plus it keeps all your cards organised in a project tin.
I was delighted that OneManAndHisSprog was one of just ten blogs included in a competition to win a BOSCH Athlet vacuum. By golly do we need it. Our current vacuum cleaner is enormous, heavy, scares Tilly at the very sight of it and is struggling to manage the mess that a crafting toddler makes! BOSCH sent us a Christmas cracker craft pack with the challenge of documenting the process and in particular the mess made in making them. The timing couldn’t have been better, as toddler Tilly wanted to hold a special Christmas party to introduce all of her new toys to her friends. The crackers would make it perfect. Tilly’s Xmas Cracker Adventure Decorating and enjoying the crackers was a great challenge for Tilly and her toys. So much so that we’ve turned the adventure into a comic book. See how Tilly got on…
