Following on from the success of our first family abroad last autumn, we were keen to take Tilly on another family holiday in the sun. In late March / early April we decided that the Med would likely be on the cool side still, so we decided to look further afield to the Canary Islands. Our 4-year-old daughter loves to draw and we’re always on the look out for new ways for her to express her art. We don’t use our blackboards a great deal so when the chance came along to revive them with some chalk markers from Chalkola, I was keen to give them a try.

Tilly and I review Batman vs Bane and Superman vs Lex scenery sets and see whether they can both inspire and survive playtime.

Odds Farm Park has introduced fresh and local food and a brilliant new play area to boot. We headed over to this favourite destination of families in Bucks, Berk, Herts and beyond to get the low down.
Peter Rabbit and his friends from the animated series on CBeebies have a brand new home at Willows Activity Farm, just off the M25 near St Albans. 3-year-old Tilly puts the new Peter Rabbit Adventure Playground to the test and we find out what else is new down on the farm.
One corner of High Wycombe is fast becoming a go-to destination for parents of preschool aged children.
